This is going to be 2 – 10 minute circuits

Circuit 1 (As many rounds as possible) – 10 minutes
5 – 10 – 15 – 20 yard Suicide Sprints
20 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
30 Sit ups

Circuit 2 (As many rounds as possible) – 10 minutes
10 Push ups
15 yard Bear Crawl (down and back for a total of 30 yards)
20 Air Squats

Time Needed: 20 minutes
Equipment Needed: None
Focus Areas: All over cardio in this format, however the core muscles hit are going to be the quadriceps, pectorals, hamstrings, glutes, and abdominals
