(Workout of the Day)
What better way to celebrate the holidays with introducing the family to the wonderful world of burpees. Give them a little less, then show off so that you can enjoy momma’s special dish.

Family Introduction & Your Warm Up (3 Rounds)
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Push ups
- 15 Situps
- 20 Bodyweight Air Squats

Show Off (3 Rounds)
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Plyo Push ups
- 30 Full Body Crunches
- 40 Jumping Squats

Time Needed: ~10-30min
Equipment Needed: None
Focus Areas: Full body workout here, but more focus on the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus maximus, rectus abdominis, pectorals, deltoids, rhomboids
