- 20 MedBall Toe Touches
- 20 MedBall V-Ups
- 30 second MedBall Plank (hands on ball)
- 20 MedBall Side-to-Side Slams (each side)
- 20 MedBallFull Body Crunches (MedBall Placed on top of feet)
- 20 MedBall Russian Twists (each side)
- 30 second MedBall Foot Plank (feet on ball)

Time Needed: ~15-25 minutes
