- 6 Bicep Curls
- 6 Push Press
- 6 Back Squats
- 6 Good Mornings (Back Extensions)

Time Needed: 20 time cap
Equipment Needed: Barbell
Focus Areas: Enter Body

Additional Info: The weight on the bar remains constant, so you need to use the weight for your weakest exercise.
