WOD – Legs 102 – Big Me

(Sets x Reps)
4 x 10 Back Squats
3 x 10 Lunges (each leg)
3 x 5 Deadlifts

Time Needed: ~15-20 minutes
Equipment Needed: Barbell, Dumbbells
Focus Areas: Quadriceps, Gluteus Maximus, Hamstrings

Additional Info:
Be sure to rest 1-2 minutes between each set, especially when performing deadlifts.
