WOD – Musical Burpees
[It’s that time again!]
Run, Jog OR Walk a 5k (~3.1miles)
– While running, listen to some music with songs that have a chorus.
– Anytime the chorus begins to play, you have to stop running, drop down and do burpees for the duration of the chorus.
– Once the chorus is over, get back into your run/jog/walk and repeat
Time Needed: 30-60 minutes

If your choice of music doesn’t have a chorus, or is a song without vocals, then try to drop down every 45 to 60 seconds and do burpees for 20 to 30 seconds.
